REFUND POLICY
STOCK MUSIC LICENSE
There Is No Refund. All products are sold as is and the customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase.
When auditioning my music, be sure to listen on the best equipment possible (preferably, the same sound system quality with which you will sync the soundtrack to your film).
If the purchase download process results in a corrupted recording, contact me and we will work out another delivery method.
If your project dies on the vine before release, contact me, show proof of failure, and we can discuss reassigning the music to another project of similar nature.

CUSTOM-COMPOSED MUSIC LICENSE
There Is No Full Refund. You are taking out a sync license for a custom-composed soundtrack in order to save money when compared to a complete buyout package.
You and I will be working together quite a lot. We both will have agreed in a contract as to the price, musical style, and a payment schedule. We will have conducted a spotting session, and established the rewrite/editing procedures.
If, at some point, you are dissatisfied with my work, you will have the right to cancel the contract and you will pay me for the amount of work completed. The contract will be more detailed than this declaration.

Any personal information received will be used only to fulfill your order, and may be used for internal analytical purposes. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
